João Leme born in São Paulo, began his carrear at the end of the 80’s in a Japanese Restaurant where he’s learned the basics of cutting and cooking skills. He’s worked during 6 years on Oriental Cuisine when he went to Paris for a proper professional qualification conquering the “Grand Diplome” École Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine and Pastry. He has finished his professional qualification at Bristol Hotel, Palaz Athénée and later on some bistrôs in Paris and Rome.

2003 Opening of Rôti, Restaurant and Patisserie.
2008 Opened a new enterprise, O Balneário das Pedras (SP)
2009 Elected President of ABAGA (Brasilian Association of Haute Cuisine), besides that he became the first brasilian to be an associated member of “Academie Culinaire de France”
2010 The first brasilian certified as a WACS’s oficial judge
2012 Becomes Executive Chef of Kaá Restaurant, (SP)
2015 Opening of Viking Food Truck
2016 Becomes Executive Chef of Grupo Villa Bisutti (SP).
